Shipping policy

Please allow 2-4 working days days for your order to be processed ready for shipping or local pick-up. I make
every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand I am a one person company, working with human hands, and a human brain. I will always do my best!

Shipping days are Mondays and Fridays. Let me know if you need some xtra speed and I will do my best to expedite shipping. 

NATIONAL and LOCAL POST: I use Australia Post to ship all orders. Shipping times can be searched on the Australia Post website.

 

OVERSEAS: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tara Shenker Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

LOCAL PICKUP: Pick ups are available Mondays and Fridays 10-4pm, at 33 Davilak Avenue. Your parcel with your name on it will be in a private undercover area by the front door. Please check carefully for your name/item description so that you have the correct parcel! if you would like a pick up outside of these days please message me by mobile, 0416114059 to organise. I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Please contact me if you do not receive your order within a normal timeframe, tarashenker@gmail.com leaving your name and contact details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at tarashenker@gmail.com with your order number, name and contact details and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
